These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AMNI Online Shop ("Shop") operated by AMNI Center Studio Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Shop, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between you and us in connection with your use of the Shop.
Article 2 – Use of the Shop
The Shop is provided for the purpose of purchasing products. Resale for commercial purposes, or any conduct we deem inappropriate, is not permitted.
Article 3 – Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed inclusive of tax. Product availability and information are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.
Article 4 – Order Placement and Contract Formation
A purchase contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. However, we may cancel an order and notify you if the item is out of stock, a payment error occurs, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX, etc.), Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is charged at the time of order.
Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery
Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of ¥1,000 (tax included). International shipping rates vary by destination. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Article 7 – Cancellations
Cancellations after an order has been confirmed are generally not accepted. If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us at info@amni.center before the order has been shipped.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's request. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of product defects (damage, soiling, or incorrect item). For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Shop (text, images, designs, etc.) is the intellectual property of AMNI Center Studio Inc. or its rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or secondary use is prohibited.
Article 10 – Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in the following activities on the Shop:
- Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful conduct toward us, other customers, or third parties
- Placing orders using false information
- Actions that place excessive load on our systems or unauthorized access
- Bulk purchasing for the purpose of commercial resale
- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
Article 11 – Personal Information
Personal information you provide during a purchase will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 – Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, communication failures, or unauthorized access by third parties. We make no warranties regarding our products beyond what is required by applicable law.
Article 13 – Changes and Suspension of Service
We may modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the Shop without prior notice to customers.
Article 14 – Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Shop.
Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
