Basic Policy
At AMNI Online Shop, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at the customer's request.
We will accept returns and exchanges only in cases where the product has a defect (damage, soiling, or incorrect item shipped).
Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange
- Damage or soiling confirmed upon arrival
- An item different from your order was delivered (incorrect item)
Return / Exchange Process
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via the contact page or by email at info@amni.center.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Please ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
- If stock is available, we will ship a replacement. If out of stock, we will issue a refund via bank transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receiving and verifying the returned item.
Cases Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Contact made more than 5 days after receiving the item
- Items with tags removed
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items damaged or soiled due to customer handling
- SALE items
- Exchange for a different item
Cooling-Off Policy
Under Japanese law (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions), the cooling-off right does not apply to mail-order sales. Please be aware of this policy before placing your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations after an order has been confirmed are generally not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
