Dispatch
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
During peak periods (sales, year-end holidays, etc.) or in the event of stock delays, we will notify you by email if shipping is expected to be delayed.
Weekends, national holidays, and year-end/new-year periods are not counted as business days.

Shipping Carriers
Domestic shipments are made primarily via Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

Out-of-Stock Items

In such cases, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Please inspect the contents promptly upon receiving your order.
If you notice significant damage to the packaging or a product defect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@amni.center.
