(hereinafter "we," "us," or "our") operates websites, stores, and services including https://amni.store, https://amni.center, and other related services (collectively, the "Services").   • amni.center — Corporate website
  • Other web services operated by us

3.1 Automatically Collected Information (Device Information)

When you access our Services, we automatically collect the following information:

  • Web browser type and version
  • IP address, time zone
  • Access date and time, pages visited, referring URL
  • Cookies (see Section 10 for details)
  • Log files (IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date/time stamps, etc.)

3.2 User-Provided Information

Through contact forms or job application forms, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Message content provided by you

3.3 Order Information (amni.store EC Usage)

When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Payment information including credit card details (credit card numbers are handled by Shopify Payments and are not retained by us)

3.4 Official Social Media Account Management

We use official APIs provided by Instagram (Meta) and Pinterest to efficiently manage and analyze our own official social media accounts.

Impact on customers: We do not access, collect, or store any personal SNS account information (such as your profile or posts) belonging to customers using this Service. We do not combine data across different users' accounts.

Purpose: Limited to scheduling posts, reviewing engagement statistics (such as likes), and managing content for our own official accounts only.

Instagram / Meta Graph API

Permissions used: instagram_basic (basic account info), instagram_manage_insights (statistics review), instagram_content_publish (auto-posting), instagram_manage_comments (comment management), pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement

Data retrieved: Profile info, post metadata, insights, and comment content — all limited to our own official accounts only.

Pinterest API v5

Permissions used: boards:read (boards), pins:read / pins:write (pins), user_accounts:read (account info), ads:read (ad data)

Data retrieved: Profile ID, boards, pins, and ad campaign data — all limited to our own official accounts only.


4. How We Use Your Information

5. Sharing of Personal Information

We share or commission the processing of your information to the following service providers solely for the purpose of supporting our Services. These companies are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose. We do not sell your personal information or provide it to advertising networks.

We may also share your information when required by applicable law or regulation, in response to legal process (such as subpoenas or search warrants), or to protect our rights and property.

5.1 Voluntary Provision of Personal Information

Providing personal information to us is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide certain required information, we may be unable to process your order, respond to your inquiry, or otherwise provide our Services smoothly.


6. Data Retention and Deletion

6.1 Data Deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of personal information we have collected about you through our Services, please contact us by email at info@amni.center. Following verification of your identity, we will process your deletion request within 30 days as a general rule.

If you wish to revoke the Instagram account connection, you can do so from your Facebook app settings at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications. After revocation, related data stored in our systems will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Prohibition of Cross-Account Data Combination

We do not combine data obtained through the Instagram and Pinterest APIs with data from other users or data collected from other services. Data obtained through these APIs is used solely for managing and analyzing our own official accounts.


8. Prohibition on Sale of Data and Provision to Advertising Networks

We do not sell your personal information or any data obtained through the Instagram API or Pinterest API to third parties, nor do we provide such data to advertising networks or data brokers. Our use of data is strictly limited to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.


9. Your Rights

9.1 Access, Correction, Deletion, and Portability

You have the following rights regarding your personal information held by us:

  • Right of access: The right to request disclosure of your personal information held by us
  • Right of rectification: The right to request correction or updating of inaccurate personal information
  • Right of erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal information (see Section 6.1 for details)
